About the role

Own growth loops, execution, analytics, and cross-functional coordination for a civic media network serving 1.4B people across 29 states.

Key responsibilities

• Build and run growth experiments end-to-end
• Improve conversion funnels across acquisition and activation
• Coordinate between content, engineering, and partnerships teams
• Track metrics weekly and ship iteration reports to leadership
• Help define the playbook for scaling from 50k to 5M users

Requirements

• 3+ years in growth, product, or operator roles
• Strong ownership mindset — you ship, then measure, then improve
• Comfortable with data (Mixpanel, Amplitude, or equivalent)
• Excellent written communication in English and Hindi preferred
• Startup or media background is a strong plus
