Full Stack Engineer

About the role

Build the infrastructure that powers @joinindians — from the CMS and jobs platform to data pipelines and audience tooling. You will work on real problems at civic scale.

Key responsibilities

• Ship features across the Next.js frontend and Node/Prisma backend
• Own performance, reliability, and security of the platform
• Collaborate with design and product on new audience-facing features
• Contribute to the internal CMS, ATS, and analytics systems
• Write clean, reviewed, tested code — no cowboy deploys

Requirements

• 3+ years with React, TypeScript, and Node.js
• Familiarity with Next.js App Router and server components
• Database experience with MySQL or PostgreSQL and an ORM
• Understanding of caching, queuing, and cloud deployment (AWS or Vercel)
• Bonus: experience with media tech, search infrastructure, or Redis
