Growth & Analytics Lead

About the role

Turn data into decisions at one of India's fastest-growing civic media networks. You will own the analytics stack, run experiments, and give every team a clear view of what's working.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain the analytics infrastructure (GA4, Mixpanel, dbt)
• Design and analyse A/B experiments across acquisition and engagement
• Deliver weekly growth dashboards to founders and team leads
• Identify content and product bets using cohort and funnel analysis
• Hire and mentor one junior analyst within the first 6 months

Requirements

• 4+ years in growth analytics, data science, or product analytics
• Strong SQL skills and experience with at least one BI tool (Metabase, Looker, etc.)
• Hands-on with A/B testing frameworks and statistical significance
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment
• Bonus: experience with media or content platforms
