Senior Video Producer

About the role

Lead video production for a network that tells India's most important civic stories. You will own everything from pre-production briefs to final delivery across YouTube, Instagram, and partner platforms.

Key responsibilities

• End-to-end production: scripting, shooting, directing, and editing
• Manage a rotating crew of videographers across metro India
• Set visual standards and maintain brand consistency across all content
• Coordinate with editorial and growth teams on distribution calendars
• Deliver 4-6 long-form and 10-15 short-form pieces per month

Requirements

• 4+ years in video production (news, documentary, or branded content)
• Deep command of Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve
• Experience with color grading and sound mixing
• Portfolio of work with 100k+ cumulative views
• Willing to travel across India for on-ground shoots
